Bathroom products that are more harmful than your EX

This is me saying Thanks for waiting for a new post.

We use these products daily without knowing their harmful effect. What is worse is that they don't even disclose the full info on the ingredient list.

 Surface cleaner: 

"The reason why I scored 100 percent is because of my mom. She never let me fall sick. She uses *insert brand name* in the house."

What if I told you it is far more harmful than not cleaning the house. We drop food on the floor. We spend most of our time inside our homes. The fragrance from the cleaner mixes with the air and pollutes the air. Notice you feel suffocated when you use these surface cleaners? Plus, it pollutes the environment also.

Don't believe me? Look at the ingredients

Ingredients:

Benzalkonium chloride,lauryl alcohol ethoxylate,sodium bicarbonate,Cocamidopropyl Betaine,Perfume, tetrasodium,denatonium benzoate.

Harmful effects:

 It causes itchiness. That's why brands advise you to wash your hands after using them.

The term ‘fragrance’ indicates Phthalates. They cause asthma, developmental disorders, etc.

Detergents:

We use detergents to "clean" our clothes. Plus, we add fragrance to keep it fresh.

But do you know that the harmful chemicals will be still present in clothes even after washing? You smell the clothes after washing, and I bet you will be able to guess which soap you used.

Ingredients:

Man where are the ingredients?😂

 Anionic and nonionic surfactants, enzymes, sodium carbonate, sodium aluminosilicate, fabric whitener, sodium perborate, anti-redeposition agent, perfume, sodium silicate, and sodium sulfate.😑(I couldn't find the ingredients at the back)

Effects: It causes skin inflammation. Also, it enters into the soil and groundwater, contaminating the municipal drinking water. It sticks to clothes and enters our skin while sweating. Notice at the back they provide a symbol of no contact with eyes, keep out of children sight 

Toilet cleaner:

"It leaves no stain as well as kills 99.9 percent of germs." You are in contact with it while urinating or pooping. Have you experienced irritation while sitting in the toilet immediately after cleaning with toilet cleaner? That's because of the harmful chemicals present in the ingredients

Ingredients:

 

 Hydrochloric acid, Hydroxyethyl Oleylamine, Cetyl Trimethyl, Ammonium Chloride, Methyl Salicylate, Butylated Hydroxy Toluene👀(They have not even mentioned most of their ingredients)

Effect: The gas toilet cleaner emits is chlorine, which causes suffocation.

It affects the ocean: The acid in our cleaners goes through the drains and ends up destroying our water bodies leading up to the extinction of marine life.

It causes skin burns: They have mentioned in the back that it is corrosive and causes skin burns, eye damage.

Air freshener: Air freshener is a much-needed product for the bathroom. A bathroom is filled with bacteria and germs, which cause a bad odor. Air freshener creates a fragrance similar to natural scents. When we smell these fragrances first thing in the morning, it causes a long-term effect. Why? Let's look at the ingredients

Para Di Chlorobenzene, Perfume😒(That's it?)

Effects:

Air freshener exposures cause migraine headaches, asthma attacks, breathing difficulties, respiratory difficulties, etc.
